“Nothing Like Les Dames” Week

Nothing like a light-as-air southern biscuit – haven’t you always wanted to learn how to make them?

Nothing like sipping your way through wines paired with every delicious course – haven’t you always wanted to discuss wines without sounding like a fool?

Nothing like getting insider tips on how to cook and entertain like a Southern Dame!

Join us for a week of Nothing Like Les Dames!

The Les Dames d’Escoffier Charleston chapter is hosting a series of cooking, eating and drinking events throughout the city featuring the businesses and talents of our chapter Dames. Guests can purchase tickets for one event or the whole series and get Charleston’s most acclaimed female chefs, sommeliers and hosts to share their insider knowledge.

A portion of the profits from “Nothing Like Les Dames” events benefit our Charity Liaison partners, and provides scholarships to area women pursuing culinary and hospitality degrees or advanced education in the field. The LDEI Charleston Chapter has awarded over $65,000 in scholarships!
